Is this suppose to happen when it is blocked?

Yes, this is normal. The phone has probably briefly rang you and
been blocked just as the call blocker has blocked the call. It's normal
for the phones to ring briefly depending on the setup you are using.

Kevin: I must say, I am really enjoying this CPR blocker. Will be really excited when my new V5000 comes in. I use to get so thrustrighted. I went from twenty calls down to four a day with this peace of mind blocker. So I treat it as a game, with these ungodly people who have nothing better to do but taunt everyday people who work for a living and just want to come home and have some quality time with the family. I do believe they have a way like you all do with the call blocker, getting around to plugging in duffrents numbers too. It seem to work to just block the area code. and then their numbers game ends. I know it is hard if you receive calls from different area codes. I keep a list of the area codes I use and the ones I don't I block. If there is a call I am expecting I will unblock the area code for that call only.
Please keep up the good work

We will do. We are constantly working on improving our call blockers and
making sure we are the number 1 company when it comes to stopping cold callers.
Thanks for the praise, it's much appreciated.
